Students make their liver using the colourful parts working alone or in small groups. They use their model to identify the main parts of the liver including the left lobe, right lobe, caudal lobe, quadrate lobe, hepatic artery, portal vein and gall bladder.
They can then make their model spleen that shows it shape and major blood vessels.
The easy to make models can then be used to discuss function of the liver and spleen.
It can be printed in colour, or in mono on coloured or white paper.
Includes full colour Powerpoint class presentation!
Takes about 30 minutes to make the model.
