In this experiment, students will follow the process of vaccine development, from the identification of a novel disease through the creation and clinical testing of a vaccine.
Kit includes: Instructions, HCl solution, NaOH, buffer, color indicator, ELISA test samples and reagents, small transfer pipets, microtiter plate, test tubes & snap-top microcentrifuge tubes.
All you need: Distilled or deionized water, tape, paper, scissors.
Time required: 50-60 minutes.
